  • One-on-One Training: Customized sessions tailored to individual goals.

- 1 session= $60, 3 sessions= $120, 10 sessions = $150, Weekly Recurring= $125

  • Partner or Small Group Training: Semi-private training for 2–4 clients. ($10 per added person)

These sessions will include functional fitness, circuit training, strength training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), core & mobility workouts, and specific track and field training.

Group Fitness Training

60 minutes: $45

  • Contains up to no more than 6 people in each session (NOT A BOOT CAMP!)

- 1 session= $45, 3 sessions= $135, 10 sessions= $250, Weekly Recurring= $215

  • Boot camps : A high-energy, full-body workout that blends strength, cardio, and endurance training. Boot camps are fast-paced, dynamic, and scalable to all fitness levels—perfect for those looking to push their limits and burn serious calories. The status of boot camps are usually to be determined. 
  1. Focus: Total-body conditioning, fat loss, stamina
  2. Format: Timed intervals, circuits, and team-based challenges
  3. Best For: Beginners to advanced, group motivation lovers

- Boot camps are 10% off 
The group classes consist of functional fitness training, strength training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), core & mobility training, and specific track and field training.
